DIY LED Watch

In this short article, we will look at how to make a clock with effective backlighting from a regular wall clock.
To do this, you need the following

Materials and tools:
-Clock;
- Round mirror;
-Drill;
- Drill on glass;
-LED Strip Light;
- One-way mirror film;
-Sponge;
-Water;
-Screwdriver;

Step One: Disassembly
First you need to disassemble the watch, remove the glass, hands.

Step Two: Mirror
Next you need to prepare a mirror. The diameter of the mirror should be equal to the internal diameter of the dial. In the center of the mirror, the master drills a hole.

Step Three: LED Strip
After the hole in the mirror is drilled, it sets it in place of the dial. A hole is drilled on the side of the watch case. It sticks the tape around the perimeter of the watch case, the wire pulls through the hole.

Step Four: Setting the Clock
Sets the clock mechanism in place, sets the hands.

Step Five: Mirror Film
The diameter of the glass cuts a mirror film. Wets the glass with water and sticks the film to the glass. The folds are smoothed with a sponge.

Step Six: Build
Replaces the top of the watch.

Wall clock with LED backlight ready. As you can see from an ordinary watch, the master made an original beautiful thing. In my opinion, it would be nice to add numbers to the mirror.

The whole process of making watches can be seen in the video.

The watch is interesting. Only the switch-switch of the LED strip was left overs. Also did a watch with LED backlight. With a bim-boom every hour and the corresponding number backlighting.
