What is KV4KC (marking on a radio element) and how to replace it?

Hello everyone, my T2 tuner "World Vision T34" burned, more precisely the radio element on which is marked KV4KC (the photo is black, the one that has 5 legs). The question is, what is this part, what is it actually called, and with what can it be replaced?

Thank you countryman! soldered BL8024, and managed to solder with a thick soldering iron (the diameter of the tip was 3.5 mm, it was too lazy to look for another)) and the hook doesn’t hook everything else, awesome garbage, it works!
I confirm KV4KC is BL8024!

Dmitrij and LeoBrynn Thank you very much for the info! A 5-volt tuner, and I once conducted experiments with a voltage regulator on it and incorrectly adjusted it, it was visible, it immediately smelled of burnt. We turn off analog TV in August, then without T2 you won’t even look

DC-DC converter, namely. Only I found such a code.
Cheto mutil with a power supply?))

This is a DC-DC buck converter as I understand it.
