A piece of pipe with a length of 50 mm and a diameter of 45 mm.
Two washers.
And a bolt with a nut.
The author welded a nut to one of the washers.
After this washer with a welded nut, he welded to the pipe.
Then he made the markup.
And in these places will make holes.
First a small drill.
And then a drill for more. This is necessary so that when removing the wrong piece, the corners are not even, but rounded.
Further, the author with the help of angle grinders cuts off everything unnecessary by marking.
And welds the second washer as shown in the photo.
Then he will drill a hole under the M-16.
And make a cutout.
After it will process all the seams.
Then he took the bolt and made a small hole.
Under the ball.
And using a cone nut and a hammer.
I didn’t rivet a lot of the edge of the bolt, so that the ball spins there, but does not fall out.
Next, install the bolt in its place.
