A lamp with an interesting design was made by a group of craftsmen. The lamp housing is made of wood, and the diffuser made of acrylic imitates the shape of the lampshade.

Step One: Wood Parts
Cuts the contours of lamp parts on a CNC machine. The base of the lamp consists of two identical halves. Cavities for installing the toggle switch and connector are cut out inside the halves.
Then cuts the workpiece on a band saw.
Handles side surfaces.
Grinds.
Step Two: Holes
At the base, drills two holes, one for the toggle switch, the other for the connector.
Step Three: Acrylic
A drawing is applied to a sheet of acrylic.
Cuts along the contour.
It processes the edge and removes the protective layer.
Lightly melts the end face of the burner.
Step Four: Build
Starts assembling the lamp. Before gluing parts, checks their compatibility.
Glues the top.
Fits and assembles a rack.
Secures it to the base.
Step Five: Electrical
Two single-core wires are twisted into one.
At the base, drills a hole and stretches the wire.
Cleans the ends.
It fixes the toggle switch and the connector on hot glue.
Solder the wires.
Twists the two halves of the base.
Stretches the wire to the top.
Solder the ends of the wire to the LED strip.
Paste tape.
Sticks on acrylic.
LED lamp is ready.
