Recently published an article with manufacturing instructions Skee ball. This option differs from the previous folding design and the ability to install on the street. The rules are the same as in the previous game, the only master added the number of balls and one ball made a different color, he gets double the number of points.
To make the game, the master tried to use secondary materials.

-Old road signs;
-Sanitary pipes;
Polycarbonate;
-Metal core;

Step One: Project
First, the master develops the project. The drawing of the playing field can be seen below.
Step two: playing field
The base of the playing field is plywood. According to the drawing, cuts the workpiece and cuts holes in it. He makes holes out of rubber.
It glues plywood with a foamed rug.
Sets the invoice element.
Step Three: Frame
The master made the frame using material from old beds. The frame is on wheels and can be moved. The frame also folds and can be transported on a trailer.
Welds the frame.
Welds the axis.
Welds the frame for the playing field.
The frame is hinged and rotates on the axis.
Step Four: Track
For the track, the master used seven-layer plywood from Baltic birch. The track simply lays on a frame and does not fasten in any way.
Step Five: Springboard
First, the master printed a template on paper, and then cut out the details on it. Glues parts to plywood.
Cut to size rubber mat. Glues it to the ribs.
Nails.
The master made the springboard two-level.
Step Six: Return Paths
As in the previous project, the master makes return tracks from old road signs. The base of the board from the old nightstand.
To attach the return field to the frame, the bars are fastened and painted in the color of the frame in black.
Fastens a board with ribs.
From the boards of the disassembled bedside tables glues one board. Fastens the board to the frame.
Of the signs cuts stripes.
Fastens strips on the sides of the board.
Thus the side turned out.
Fastens dividing strips.
Seventh step: glasses
To score points, the master fixes the bar with numbers. The master makes the figures of wire, puts it on the bar and puts it with a hammer into the wood. Then the wire is removed, and the bar is varnished.
Step Eight: Shield
Around the playing field, the master fixes the shield. The shield should not interfere with folding the movable part. Fastens the shield with bolts. In the place where the axis is located, it makes a hole.
Step Nine: Ball Distribution System
This time the master went the other way, and the balls hit the return paths through plumbing pipes.
First, the master measures which board he needs to fasten at the beginning of the return tracks and in what place he needs to make holes.
Further, the crown makes six holes. Slices pieces of pipe. Cuts the edges for mounting as in the photo. Installs and tightens the tubes. Sets the board.
It connects the holes and the board with tubes, taking into account that there are six return paths and seven holes. The two upper holes are connected to one track. Fixes the tubes with plastic clamps.
Step Ten: Small Details
Further, the master glues a protective mat to the inside of the flap and to the front side.
Skee-Ball is ready.
