When processing polystyrene, a lot of small crumbs are formed. To collect it, the Master made a simple and inexpensive vacuum cleaner.
Tools and materials:
-Plastic container;
- 12V fan;
-Connector;
-Two corks from plastic bottles;
-One wooden stick;
-Corrugated pipe;
-Metal grid;
-Glue gun;
-Knife;
-Pencil;
Step one: install the fan
Attaches a fan to the lid of the container and outlines the frame along the inner diameter. Then cuts a hole according to the marking and glues the fan to the cover.
Step Two: Plug
Solder the plug to the fan wire and stick it to the cover.
Step Three: Filter
Cut the mesh and paste it inside the container.
Step Four: Suction Tube
On the box outlines the receiver. Cuts a hole. Inserts the tube into the hole and seals the connection.
Step Five: Wheels
Drills a hole in the center of the plugs and in the container. He pulls the wand into the holes and puts cork-wheels on it.
Closes the lid. It connects a 12 V power supply and you can collect chips.
