In this article, we will consider how the Master made a grill with an external firebox. The idea is that a firebox is attached to the side of the grill and a metal sheet to the bottom. Hot smoke passing under the sheet heats it and the products above the sheet are uniformly fried and processed by smoke.
Tools and materials:
-Gas cylinder;
-Cylinder from the compressor;
- Corner;
-Metal strip;
-A metal sheet;
-Lattice;
-Profile;
-Pipe metal;
- Loops;
-Welding machine;
-USHM;
-Paint;
-Marker;
Step One: Cylinder Preparation
First, the master welded the rack and placed a gas cylinder on it. Then it cuts off the gas cylinder mounting. Cuts out the door. Welds hinges and handle. Now you need to combine the two cylinders. The master makes a pattern of paper. According to the pattern, cuts openings in both cylinders.
Step Two: Partition
A metal sheet is welded inside a horizontal balloon. From the cutout side, the sheet is welded to the joint with the wall of the cylinder. On the other hand, a gap is left.
Step Three: Welding Cylinders
Welds cylinders together. In a vertical cylinder makes a door.
For the furnace makes a box.
Step Four: Chimney
On top of the grill cuts a hole and welds the chimney pipe. On top of the chimney fastens the valve. Welds the limit stop for the door.
Everything is ready, it remains to load the brisket into the compartment and test the smokehouse grill.
