Manufacturing process.
First of all, the author marks two diametrically opposite points. Then, holding the workpiece in a vice, drills two holes. One is thin, the other is a 10 mm drill.

A bolt with an M10 nut inserts into a large hole

Then welds the nut to the workpiece.

Now, with the help of a petal stripping disk, one end of the workpiece is sewn from a hairpin.

Marks and drills a hole in the machined edge of the stud.

Now the cutting disc cuts the groove to a thin hole in the pipe.

Clamping the workpiece in a vice, welds a steel bar, it will be a handle.

It fixes the edge of the stud in the screwdriver chuck, and screw it into the nut.

Having bent the shank of the rivet at an angle of 90 degrees, it installs it in the fixture in this way.

Inserts a rivet into the hole, and twists the stud. The rivet unclenches.
