Step One: Design, Material Preparation
Model machines the master developed on a computer using the appropriate software. The body of the machine will be made of five parts.
Each piece is printed on paper.
The master obtained the necessary parts for the police beacon from children's toys.
Step two: manufacturing and assembly of the machine
Cut and paste patterns onto boards. Outlines the patterns.
Cuts parts. Grinds.
Applies carpentry glue to parts and glues the model.
After gluing the parts, the clamp removes.
Step Three: Wheel Axle Holes
The wheels will be fixed on the axis of a wooden dowel with a diameter of 10 mm. For free rotation of the axis, the master drills 12 mm holes in the places of its installation.
Step Four: Making Wheels
The master had four wheels from another car. Removes rubber tires from wheels. Tire diameter 6 centimeters. Cuts four rims from wood. In the center drills holes for the axis.
Puts the rim on the axis and measures the desired length of the axis. Cuts off.
Step Five: Steering Wheel
Cuts the steering wheel. Drills a hole in the center. Installs a screw in the hole. In the typewriter body also drills a hole for the screw.
Step Six: Trailer Hitch
In the course of making the machine, the master decided to make trailer. For coupling the machine and the trailer, it manufactures and fixes the TSU, and in fact the dowel mounted on the bar.
Seventh step: painting
The master entrusted the painting of the machine to his children.
Step Eight: Installing Additional Parts
Sets the wheels and steering wheel. Fixes parts with glue.
Sets the rear flashing light.
Sets the front LED.
Step Nine: Trailer
Now you need to make a trailer. The trailer platform, also from the board. At the front and rear are bars. On the sides installs dowels.
Drills a hole for the hook TSU.
Screws the bar from the bottom. On the bar sets the wheels.
Paints a trailer.
Step Ten: Drawing
Cut out patterns from paper.
Fastens patterns on a car and paints.
