Manufacturing process.
First of all, the author cuts an unprepared board of Caucasian walnut on a circular saw, then displays the base surfaces on a jointer.
Then cuts all the necessary workpieces. Pay attention to the position of the hands when cutting, as well as the clamp and pusher. The circular saw does not forgive mistakes. Observe safety precautions!
By aligning the base surfaces, the author processes the workpieces with a thicknesser.
The ends of the side walls are cut off at an angle of 45 degrees, for connection between themselves.
