Welcome all! Here is my next copyright homemadeOf course, it was not invented by me, but the method of manufacture was invented by me personally. The tool is maximally accessible to everyone.



Stage 1
The choice of material for the manufacture of the product.


Stage 2
Grinding the back of the nut, I have it at 22x5 mm.


Stage 3
Grinding inside the nut, for connecting the diameter under your finger. I polished for about an hour leading up to the diameter of a finger.


Stage 4
Grinding the contour of the nut, thereby bringing the edges into a rounded shape, except for one, thereby making the so-called signet.


Stage 5
The finish, you need to do different types of sandpaper (P240 - P2000). Also polished with paste.

It's just ... If a nut is something, then you can buy it from a stainless steel ... But it is also expensive, and grinding it much longer ...

The ring is not sharp for a long time, just such a photo on the manufacture. I also thought about engraving, and maybe I will. Thanks for the comment.

In order not to injure my finger, I would chamfer the hole in both sides. And so that the ring does not look like a polished nut, you can apply a drawing (electrographically or electrochemically) on the protruding edge (signet). You can change the whole nut color.
