laid a half-inch pipe on the floor, laid bottles on both sides of the pipe, with the necks facing the pipe. Opposite each neck, he drilled holes. I soldered copper tubes into these holes and connected the bottles with nipples.
RECEIVER is ready. A compressor is connected to one end of the pipe, the next section of the receiver is connected to the other, and so on until the desired receiver volume is obtained. One section of 10 bottles was hardly enough for me, 20 bottles per section. I was not going to steal from this receiver. It is known that the larger the volume of the receiver, the more uniformly air is supplied to the spray gun.
The finished product is hung in a small garage on the wall. The garage floors are free.
Pros of homemade:
