It so happened that Victory Day coincided with the birthday of my father, so for me it is a double holiday.
My father had a special attitude to this holiday, in honor of which postcards were issued according to his sketches in 1945.
And somehow it turned out that construction the model aircraft dedicated to Victory Day on May 9 has become a tradition for me.
I don’t remember exactly which model it started with, but one of the first models dedicated to this holiday was model
Lis with the number 004 and the conditional name is "Fire"!
The Russian aircraft Su-34 and Su-24 were taken as the basis for the creation of the model.
Briefly tell about the features of this model.
A few words about the geometry of the wing.
This wing is typical of this LiS series. It is tested, unique and recognizable. Model wing profile. The lower surface is flat, the upper convex.
To strengthen the wing, a carbon tube is installed.
Elevons are hung on double-sided tape glued between two layers of the ceiling.

The pH is mounted similarly to the elevons.
A distinctive feature of this model is the placement of the pilots, on the side of each other.
When gluing the model, pieces of masking tape are used; technological stickers are used to fix individual elements.
Motors, initially, it was planned to put on the elevons, but after much thought, it was decided to put them on the wing.
This is due to the fact that in the original version the load on the servos would be very large and machines with a higher power and with a metal reducer would be needed, but these were not available.

The planned maximum weight of the model is 1000 - 1200 g.
Wingspan 960 mm.
Length - 1100mm.
Materials used:
ceiling, carbon tubes (whips for fishing rods), glue - KINkley, masking tape, color tape.
Components Used:
Motors - L 2210 1400 210 W. 880 g thrust (each)
Screws - 8 x 3.8.
Regulators - 50A (two).
Servos - 5 pieces.
Battery 2200 3S 20C.
The mobile parts of the launch vehicle on an all-round OBT are mounted on double-sided tape.
The fuselage section behind the cockpit is made removable. A battery is located under it, there is enough space, the battery can be shifted in any direction when balancing the DH. .
Motors are installed.
Covering with colored tape began. There is a design work.

The model was given to the city aircraft modeling club.
