You don’t need to press such a button, just bring up your hand and a ringtone will sound. The master made such a button for the fun of Halloween, but it can also be adapted for other domestic purposes.
Tools and materials:
-Power Supply;
-5V 1-channel relay module;
-IR sensor;
-Call
-Case for placement of components;
-Connector;
-Wire;
-Heat-shrink tubing;
-Soldering iron;
-Screwdriver;
-Clamp;
-Glue gun;
Step One: Power Supply
The master has an extra charger with a USB output. First, he takes it apart and solders the plug. It lengthens the wires, isolates the junction with heat shrink. Next, the master solders wires with connectors to the output of the circuit board.
Step Two: Installation
Further makes installation according to the scheme.
The positive output of the charger connects to the VCC pin of both the relay module and the IR sensor. The negative wire is also connected to the GND of both boards. The IR sensor IN is connected from the OUT of the relay module. Using the potentiometer on the IR board, you can adjust the distance at which the sensor is triggered.
Step Three: Build
Now you need to install everything in the case. Secures the relay module inside the housing. Drills holes on the cover and installs an IR module. Connects a call. Installs the cover. The master does not connect the mechanical button, and it performs a purely decorative function.
Everything is ready and the master only needs to stick the pictures.
