In principle, you can do without a laser cutter, but cutting the edge of cardboard blanks so evenly will be difficult.

Tools and materials:
-Cardboard;
-Glue;
-Patron E27;
- Fireproof spray for cardboard;
-Knife;
-Laser cutter;
-Computer with software;


Step One: Design
First, the design of the future lampshade is developed.






Then the file is saved in STL format.

Then the saved file is exported to another format.





Step Two: Cutting
For the lampshade, 5 mm clean, creaseless cardboard is used. The cardboard is cut to size and sent to the cutter.


Step Three: Build
Parts are cut out and you can proceed with the assembly of the lampshade. It is necessary to glue the upper and lower parts to half, and then glue the halves together.


Then you need to process the lampshade with a refractory composition and install a cartridge.

All is ready.
