Manufacturing process.
In the previous article he made a stationary organizer, it tells a little more about the manufacture of the boxes themselves.
So, from plywood disks and rings from sewer PVC pipes collects four boxes.
But such a set of small things will be needed for this homemade product. In addition, you need a half-inch PVC water pipe. Even cropping will do.
Then the author solders the frame of the body, legs, and handle.
It turns out quite a light and compact design.
A skirt is cut off from a pair of caps and two round plates are obtained.
Then he drills two holes in the lid and the upper part of the box, fastens the furniture hinge to the lid on bolts with nuts.
Then screw the loop to the box.
A latch is attached to two boxes with lids.
Now clips are fastened to all boxes according to this pattern.
Installs boxes on the frame, just snap clips on it.
Moreover, the upper boxes in a latched state are covers for the lower ones. Everything conveniently opens in different directions. If desired, the boxes can be removed from the frame.
Now four clips are screwed to the portable extension cord.
And just snaps it on the other side of the frame. Everything is very convenient.
