DIY workshop organizer

Hello dear readers and the inhabitants of our site!
In this article, the author of the YouTube channel "PEREC DIY" will tell you how he made an organizer for small parts in his workshop almost out of junk.

Materials
- Sewer PVC pipe
- PVC water pipe
- Corners, clips
- Sheet plywood 10 mm
- M3 bolt with nut
- Self-tapping screws with a press washer.

Instruments, used by the author.
- Grinder, cutting disc, or hacksaw
- Electric jigsaw
- clamps
- Screwdriver
- Drill 1.5 mm
- Cross bat
- Roulette, pencil.

Manufacturing process.
So, the author had a piece of sewer pipe. He marks over 60 mm.

To continue the marking, he used another piece of pipe, putting it on the workpiece, applies a ring marking. The same can be done with a sheet of paper, wrapping it around a pipe, and aligning the edge.

Then, using an ordinary grinder, he cuts the rings.

The author came out with seven such rings, the edges are trimmed with sandpaper after trimming.

Now marks the plywood sheet along the inner radius of the rings. And cuts the discs with an electric jigsaw.

The ends of the disks are also cleaned with sandpaper.

Then it inserts the disks into the rings, drills several holes, screw the screws with the press washer. One hole leaves.

On a black wood screw, it fastens the clips to the ring and plywood.

The clip is attached to the top with a small bolt and nut, drilling a hole for them. Moreover, the head of the bolt is directed inside the box.

That's all the boxes with clips ready.

Puts corners on a pipe cut, drills holes for fastening in them.

Screws the rack to the cabinet.

Now you can put on the boxes, and fill them with small things.

To access small things, just turn the box to the side.

If you fix only on the bottom clip, then you can turn the box over without removing it from the rack.

Also, boxes are removed from the rack quite easily. But at the same time withstand a lot of weight.

Thanks to the author for the simple but useful device for the workshop!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!

Yes, the same drives to solder on the pipe stand - and the whole class. Or make bushings from a pipe of a larger diameter, drive the screws from the back so that it is not visible.
But this, by the way, is a normal solution ... Only I would have thought of axial displacement limiters ... Any washers that do not allow elements to slide when turning and cling to neighboring ones ...
