I will describe how I assembled a computer for myself in a car on a budget option, suddenly someone will come in handy!)
Let's start with the characteristics of my computer and its capabilities:
The motherboard with the process is ASUS MSI AM1I ATX and an AMD 5350 processor (I took 4000r all together.)
RAM - Kingston DDR3 1600 two slats 4 gig each (new 2000 for two slats)
Hard drive - 124 GB A-DATA SSD is still enough, took a new one for 1800 rubles!
Sound - ASUS Xonar DX PCI-e with optics (took from hand for 2900r.)
Monitor - 9 "Auto Car Rear View LED Display VGA RCA AV POS Touch Screen TFT LCD Monitor AU (took on EBAY for 6000r.)
The power supply is M4-atx (I took it from my hands for 3000 rubles. I regretted it later, it turned out that the on-off button does not work)
Wi-Fi - dlink (600 rub.)
GPS-Glonas - Vk-172 Gmouse G-mouse Usb Gps / glonass Ublox7 Support Windows 10/8/7 / vista / xp (for 800 rubles)
Case - one-sided textolite, sheet 300 * 250 5pcs, 320 r.
Amplifier -TDA7850 Car Audio Power Amplifier Board Stereo 4x 50W with BA3121 Denoiser 12V E (for 1300 rubles)
Radio - FM Tuner AverMedia USB Radio 810 + antenna (for 1160, also on the way)
Rear-view camera - Waterproof Night Vision Car Rear View Reverse Backup Camera with parking sensor with parking sensors (for 1324 rubles) as a result, water got in and I had to put the usual one in the old case for 1000 rubles and pour it with component glue!
Internet - Tele2 4G usb modem (for 1000 rubles)
Opportunities:
Full-fledged Windows 10 Pro, radio, Internet, navigation, camera + parking sensors, DVR, listening to losles and flak audio, video of any format, wi-fi, Hi-Fi amplifier, the ability to connect amplify optics!
In general, a computer without straining can simultaneously work with 5 open programs! I mean that it makes no sense to put a percent more and the motherboard (although to each his own), he also draws games ...
The sound was very good, the sound card delivers sound to all 8 speakers, the temperature inside the computer according to the sensors is from 42 to 46 degrees, it works flawlessly in the heat, the amplifier that is inside the TDA 7650 gives enough power and almost no distortion (only at maximum)! In general, I’m happy and satisfied with everything, all successful, leisurely assembly! Ask questions!)
P.S. Interference, interference from the engine and any other extraneous sounds as others said did not find!)
To make a frame, I had to buy a frame from 2din and cut off everything unnecessary, the internal edging of the display was also cut from the telly and soldered to the frame using a soldering iron. Then the walls were reinforced from the corners from the cover of the unnecessary system unit!
The case itself began to be made from the bottom plate on which the mother was attached (after trying on auto where is the place for a radio with side walls), then the back wall (first cut out under the back of the mother, and then fastened to the tin at an angle of 90 g.) For a long time on the Internet I was looking for information on how to make a case and from which, so this material is ideal (easy cut, plus the total mass and the screen from interference).
Then we take a sheet of paper and make a stencil of the side walls in the car, cut and try to climb or not, then attach it to the body. It is advisable to solder the walls to 2 points before installing the entire body with a cavity (otherwise it will be difficult to remove them afterwards).
Do not forget to make a hole in the lower part under the board, it serves to suck in air and also for the sata wire to the hard drive)
Actually the SSD itself. I fixed it to the lower part of the SSD which I fastened to the main case with rivets!
Next, we make the mount for the M4-ATX, modify the sound mount and install everything in place.
Conditionally the second tier is completed, then 3 tier.
The third tier did two hours, you can say on the knee!) Here will be an amplifier, FM-Tuner and a heat exhaust. A radiator with a fan on the amplifier on the left and a plug for the wires of speakers and any other on the right

I made a square tube to let the air flow back ...
In the upper tier I put the ALPINE stabilizer just in case, also a relay to turn on the amplifier from power supply with MT-4x, changed the capacitor to a more powerful one in the sound amplifier!
Total!
At the moment, there is an upgrade, I want to put 10.1 inches with multi-touch and of course everything will work out for me!)
