Table hockey is an interesting and exciting game for children and adults. The master decided to make such a game do it yourself.

Step One: Dimensions
The master found these sizes and plans on the Internet. They correspond to the size of table hockey "Tornado". These gaming tables are used in table hockey competitions.
Step Two: Material Preparation
The master used the following wood:
Table - pine board and plywood
Legs - Oak
Handles - maple.
Sawing a board. Scolds.
Step Three: Gluing
Glues the board in size. After gluing rounds off workpieces.
Step Four: Groove
For fixing plywood, she chooses grooves in the blanks.
Pre-assembles the game table, checks the fit of parts.
Step Five: The Gate
From the ends of the table will be installed boxes. The inner wall of the box will be the end board of the playing field, in which the master cuts the gate. A hole is cut out at the bottom of the outer end board. Through it, you can get the balls out of the box.
Step Six: Side Board
The side boards protrude beyond the edge of the table and a horizontal board will be installed on them. To set this board flush with the table, the master cuts off part of the material on the side boards.
Seventh step: table legs
As already mentioned, the master made legs of oak. Oak logs cut and round.
To connect the legs to the tabletop, the master cuts out the grooves on the legs.
At the end, the legs are varnished.
Step Eight: Painting
The playing field will be green. Adds green pigment to acrylic paint and mixes thoroughly.
The field needs to be prepared. Pencil marks and sticks it with tape. Paints the surface in three layers with green paint. Removes adhesive tape and stains with white paint on the markup. Topcoats.
The inner walls of the boxes are painted black, and all the outer parts are beige.
Step Nine: Holes
Now you need to make a series of holes on the side boards on both sides for the rods. He makes markings on one of the boards. So, as the master does not yet have a drilling machine, he drills holes with a milling cutter.
To maintain alignment, the master folds two boards, fixes with clamps and drills holes in the second board.
Step Ten: Pens
The handles master turned on a maple lathe. On one wooden blank, the master machined several pens. Then it cuts the workpiece into separate handles, drills holes in the handles from the end and covers with varnish.
With liquid nails glues the handles to the tubes.
Step Eleven: Assembling the Table
Gathers a table, fastens his legs.
