Taleidoscope is a type of kaleidoscope. There are no multi-colored glasses in the thaleidoscope, and instead of them there is a lens through which you can look at the outside world.
By the way, if you didn’t know, kaleidoscopes are still oily, in which the glass "float" in oil, and even pneumatic, in which air is pumped, and instead of glass, colorful feathers.
Let's get back to the thaleidoscope. For its manufacture, the master used the following
Tools and materials:
-Two sheets of plywood 30.5 * 30.5 * 3 mm;
-Super glue;
-Wax;
-Laser cutter;
-Scissors;
Step one: procurement of parts
Details of the thaleidoscope were developed in the Fusion 360 program. After designing, they were cut out of plywood with a laser cutter. Files can be downloaded from the link below.
Step Two: Front Assembly
Gathers the front. A circle with a diffraction grating will slide on the inside of the ring. For better gliding, the surface of the ring is waxed.
Step Three: Diffraction Grating
Glues two rings. Cuts diffraction gratings. Glues them into the intended window.
Step Four: Middle Section
Collects the middle part, with moving rings. Each ring has a number, so assembly should not be a problem.

Step Five: The Back
It remains to collect the back of the numbers and insert the legs of the racks into the locking hole.
The thaleidoscope is ready.
