I wanted to tell you about the creation of a beautiful aircraft model, no less beautiful aircraft XB-70 "Valkyrie".

Similar aircraft were created in different countries, but the author chose this aircraft for the construction of the model.
The construction of the model was preceded by a huge study of the design of the model and its individual parts.
After a long search, acceptable drawings were found to build the model.
At the very beginning, the author makes a construction of wooden battens, which will serve as the supporting foundation for the future model.
The main wing edges of the model are reinforced with balsa strips.
Also for durability model will be covered with thin balsa and craft paper.
In places of installation of the chassis and keels, reinforcement of the structure is done.
When building the model, a negative twist of the wing is provided.
