Hello dear the inhabitants of our site and site visitors. I present to you an interesting model shelves for storing and charging cordless power tools from the author of the YouTube channel Men's Craft. This convenient wall storage allows you to keep all your tools in one place and they will be in constant working readiness.
For work you will need:
Screwdriver or drill,
circular saw or jigsaw,
a plane (grinder or grinder with grinding discs), sandpaper,
gas-burner,
hammer.
The basis is taken 15-20 mm board. 2 pieces of the length you need are cut. The author, using a planer and sandpaper, removes all the bumps on the workpiece and polishes it. He takes a gas burner and begins to burn all sides and ends of the board. A stiff brush on sandpaper cleans the deposits, giving the details a more finished and aesthetic appearance.
2 semicircular parts are cut from 10 mm plywood, which will serve as pockets for discs.
Now the author proceeds to the next step in the manufacture of the shelf. A pre-prepared board is taken and placed on a flat surface. Diagonally, a board is applied to it, which will serve as a support for chargers. The sizes are taken in place. The board is cut and the same as the previous ones processed. We attach to the side walls. All connections are made by screws on wood, into pre-drilled holes. Pockets for saw and grinder discs are attached to the assembled base on the side wall. Subsequently, side walls will be attached to them.
The first half of the shelf is ready. We proceed to the manufacture of the second. The author began to work with the creation of mounts for grinders. I sawed off a narrow rail on which I made semicircular markings for the body of the Bulgarian and sawed them out. The ends were nailed to the ends with nails. Fastens this part to the board, which will be attached to the first part of the shelf. It connects the details of the second part of the shelf and fastens them from the back to the base of the first part.On the stand for the charger installed limiters and support strips for ease of installation of charges. A hole is drilled for cable outlets.
The finished product looks like this
Hangs on the wall.
Installs chargers on a shelf, hangs the instrument in their place.
The result is a fairly convenient and compact shelf for storing power tools. Now it’s easy and convenient to charge the batteries. Everything is conveniently and affordable located on a shelf!
This is where I end. I hope the article comes in handy and you also collect a similar thing in your workshop. I wish you all creative ideas!
