So we need:
- Plastic mold;
- 4 kg of coarse sand;
- 1 kg of gray cement;
- Half a liter of water;
- Red color 70 gr .;
- 15 cubes of plasticizer.
The materials are ready, you can begin to manufacture paving slabs. We take a bucket and fill it with sand.
Gray cement is covered with sand.
Mix.
Pour water into a separate bucket, add color and plasticizer.
All this is mixed and the resulting red liquid is poured into a bucket of sand and cement.
Mix everything thoroughly.
As a result, we should get a fairly thick mixture of red.
We spread this mixture in a plastic form. The author of the video uses a 300 by 300 mm form with a height of 30 mm.
Spread the mixture in the form you need in small portions mixing everything during laying out. If at home or in the garage there is a vibrating table, it’s better and more efficient to do all this on it, but you can be satisfied with the strength of the hands. It is necessary to ensure that the mixture is completely and evenly distributed throughout the form.
Now you need to leave the form to harden. Our mixture will harden for about a day, so you can consider the first working day to be over.
After 24 hours, you can return to the working room and get the already hardened tiles from a plastic form. To do this, turn the form.
We press on the form so that the air gets under the tile and it by itself is separated from the plastic. For the first time, the process may seem a little time-consuming, but with the development of the subtleties, it will become easy and quick.
Tiles do not completely dry out within 24 hours. It is advised to put it on its side so that it finally hardens.
