1. For this project, you will need only four pieces of wood. One for the front chain and rear handle, one for the front handle and another for the engine housing. Therefore, cut off all the pieces in accordance with the plans presented at this stage. Make sure you print the plans in full.
2. The main part is actually the front panel and rear handle in one piece. Cut out the template from the plans and stick it on the piece of wood that you have. Drill two holes to trigger the rear handle. The front hole is 28 mm and the rear is 20 mm. Cut the handle with a jigsaw.
3. Cut the piece again from 2.00 x 8.00 x 12.0 cm of wood. Drill two holes with a diameter of 28 mm and cut the rest with a jigsaw
4. The author rounded off all cut milling.
5. Assemble the two parts together using wood glue.
6. We need to do two more things that resemble a chainsaw engine. Cut them and shape with a belt sander. Glue them behind the front handle as shown in the pictures above.
