For the construction of the pool, the master needed a circular laser level. Prices at such levels are high enough and it makes no sense to buy an instrument to use it once.
Then the master decided to make such a level on his own.

Step One: Project
The idea was to fix a green laser and a piece of mirror cut off at a 45-degree angle on one line. In this case, the mirror is rotated using an electric motor. All this device turns on with the remote control.
Step two: wiring diagram
The master leads the wiring diagram of his device. Of course, the use of a remote module complicates the device and two micro-switches could be dispensed with. The motor and laser are powered by a voltage of 3 V, and the remote modules need a voltage of 7.2 V. Because of this, the battery compartment had to be redone. He put a diode on one compartment, and a switch on the other.
Step Three: Case
The body is made of a brass tube soldered to a brass plate. The laser module is installed inside the brass tube. The engine is installed below. Remote modules and battery compartments are also mounted on the case.
Step Three: Mirror
The master carved a mirror from acrylic with a mirror surface. a mirror is mounted on a brass tube with a surface sharpened at an angle of 45 degrees. The tube itself is mounted on the motor shaft.
Step Four: Suspension
For the possibility of fixing the level, the master secured a suspension of a metal ring and a carbine.
Step Five: Calibration
After assembly, the level was calibrated using a water level.Calibration is performed by changing the level angle using a suspension.
