Materials:
Perforated profile.
The steel pipe diameter is 42 mm. Length 120 mm.
Bolts.
Instruments:
Angle grinder
Metal cutting wheel
Vise
Electrodes
Welding machine.
First, the author, cut off a piece from the profile.
Then I welded the pipe to the profile, as shown in the photo.
Then he cut off the extra corners.
Like this.
Then he cut off another piece from the profile, slightly shorter than the previous one.
And welded it to the pipe, in this place. The distance between the profiles should be such that the casing of the angle grinder fits freely between them.
Then painted the finished homemade.
