Vacuum cleaner nozzle - trap for small items

Hello dear readers and the inhabitants of our site!
All owners of vacuum cleaners often encountered the problem of cleaning, in which small, but valuable objects fall into the chamber and are simply thrown away? In general, there are some unsolvable problems for conventional vacuum cleaner nozzles.

In this article, Andrey, the author of the Stroykhak YouTube channel, will tell you how to make a nozzle in a few minutes that will cope with many difficulties and will surprise you. After reading the article to the end, you will want to make yourself the same.

Materials
- Tubules for drinks
- PVC 2 "branch by 30 degrees
- Silicone sealant.

Instruments, used by the author.
- Gun for sealants
- Technical hair dryer.

Manufacturing process.
So, the author of the two options for such transitions of PVC sewer pipes here chooses the second.

The first step is to remove the rubber o-ring from it.

For the reason that the pipe diameter of the vacuum cleaner is several millimeters smaller than the internal diameter of the 2 "outlet, it must be expanded. To do this, you need to warm up and expand the hole with a second pipe. An important point, if the plastic is poorly heated, it can crack.

Now you need tubes for drinks without corrugation (those that do not bend at the top). They need to be inserted into the second outlet hole. The author shows that they need to be inserted as much as possible, but without deforming.

Then you should lubricate the surface of the tubes with silicone sealant so that there are no voids between them. And firmly insert into the PVC tube. The front “cut” of the beam should be aligned in length.

In addition, the junction of the tubes and the PVC pipe is sealed, excess silicone is removed immediately.

Now device need to leave to dry for a day. That's all, the nozzle is ready for testing.

The first problem is dust and debris in the tool organizer. The usual nozzle along with the dust will “remove” the necessary objects.

In the case of a homemade nozzle, there are no such problems.

Yes there is an organizer with tools. Here's the problem - to clean where there are a lot of small things! And again there is no problem, all small items just do not pass along the diameter of the tubes, and remain in place.

This application is also very relevant. And you can’t crawl with an ordinary nozzle, and if you crawl you will lose it.

In terms of improvements. The tubes used by the author are far from the most ideal option. They are even thinner, up to 1 mm in diameter. Such a nozzle will simply turn into a vacuum cleaner. They can be cleaned inside bookshelves and drawers, inside sections of batteries and radiators.

Thanks to Andrey for the idea of a simple but useful device for a vacuum cleaner!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!

About the bolts, the springs from the mobile phones, I am silent - only the grid will help here. The buzz is that you can safely vacuum even the blinds. The tubes only need to be thinner. There will also be a problem - static petarism.

Unfortunately patented
The idea is great, original. Optionally, for catching very small items, you can add a ring with a fine mesh, inserted inside.
