In this article, the Wizard will tell us how to saddle a cage for birds and small home animals. For the manufacture of cells, the master uses the following
Tools and materials:
-Aluminum corner;
-Fine-mesh metal mesh;
-Aluminum sheet;
-Rivets;
Riveter;
- Canopies;
-Door knob;
-Super glue:
-A screwdriver;
-Roulette;
-Scissors for metal;
-Marker;
Step One: The Framework
The cage frame is made of an aluminum corner. The master collects the upper and lower frames of the cell. First you need to cut the corner to fit your cell size. Then drill in the corners and fix with rivets.
Step Two: Assembly
It’s easy to assemble the case, it’s enough to fasten the vertical posts between the upper and lower frames.
Step Three: Doorway
Marks the place for the door and installs racks.
Step Four: The Door
Gathers the door.
Marks up and installs the hinges on the rack. Hangs the door on the hinges.
Step Five: Bottom
The bottom of the cage is made of aluminum foil. The master cuts the foil in size and glues with superglue.
Step Six: Install the Grid
Cuts grids to fit the walls and doors. Temporarily fixes them on superglue.
Then, from the inside sets the corners. Corners will fix the edges of the grids.
Seventh step: pen
The last step the master installs a handle on the door.
The cage is ready, in my opinion, the handle for carrying the cage would not be out of place.
