Manufacturing process.
So, the author needs to make a sufficiently deep groove in this place of the workpiece.
He installed a very simple carriage on which the router is mounted. The front wall is at an angle of 90 degrees.
The milling cutter itself is screwed to the front wall, and has the ability to change the milling depth.
The master himself set the blank on a specially cut square.
On the edge of the table, I fixed with a clamp an emphasis from a block, the same emphasis is on the other side. So the movement of the carriage along the part will be limited by the necessary groove width
Now presses the workpiece with a square to the edge of the carriage, and sets the center for marking.
Fixes the substrate to the workbench.
Then he makes several passes with a milling cutter.
And such a wonderful result of milling grooves was obtained by the master.
