Physical toys are great fun for children and adults who have not grown up playing video games. Such a toy will be appropriate both in the children's room and on the desk of the office worker. The master believes that this is a great project to start creating your own toys to expand the boundaries of the imagination.
The essence of the game is to conduct a space rocket with an astronaut (ball) to the upper hole so that it does not fall into the holes along the route.
In the manufacture of such a game, it is not necessary to focus on a cosmic theme, you can make an underwater world or the earth's surface, all that is enough for fantasy.

Step One: Project
First, the master draws a sketch of the playing field on a piece of paper. Once the main points, size, shape of the playing field, location and size of the holes are determined, the sketch is transferred to Adobe Illustrator.
Step Two: Frame
There is nothing complicated in the manufacture of the frame. The size of the frame under A4 sheet. The details are fixed on the carpentry glue.
Step Three: Stand
From a bar makes a stand for the frame.

Step Four: The Maze
There are two ways to make parts of the labyrinth - cut it by hand or, as the master did, on a laser cutter. After cutting, the parts are glued together according to sketches.
The labyrinth details made in this way are fixed on a plywood sheet, in which the holes are drilled coaxially with the holes of the parts.
Step Five: Painting
Before painting, you need to cover the surface of the labyrinth with a primer. The master makes the primer by mixing water with wood glue in a proportion of 60:40. After the primer has dried, the master paints the playing field. The paint is applied in two layers. After the paint dries, an acrylic sheet is attached on top, also with previously cut holes.
Step Six: Ship
The ship is cut out of plywood, according to the drawing.

In the lower part of the ship, the master fixes two dowels with metal rods. Dowels perform two tasks - decorative and to weight the lower part. Tie a cord on both sides of the ship.
Seventh step: pulleys
On the sides of the frame secures the pulleys. Pass the cord through the pulleys.
Now you can, and try to hold the ship controlling its position with the help of cords.
