Many of you like to go camping or relax in nature. You probably also know the so-called "Finnish candle", which consists of several logs, or one chopped into several parts. In order to connect them, various fixturesor wire.
In this article, the author of the George Kosilov YouTube channel will tell you how he made a device that simultaneously fixes the logs together, and at the same time is a stand for the container.

Manufacturing process.
So, the author chose a steel bar with a diameter of 8 mm as the material for making home-made, he even turned out to be a little thicker. Ordinary fittings are also quite suitable.
The master cuts off six steel blanks 180 mm long and 80 mm each from a steel bar. You can do more.
It fixes short workpieces in the chuck of a screwdriver, and grinds them on a grinder.
These are the details you should get.
Now these elements need to be welded together. In order to simplify this process, the author made a simple conductor from a piece of plywood. I simply hammered small cloves into it so that the parts stayed together. And between the bars I put a couple of washers M6.
The welding process itself did not take much time, and here are three ready-made devices. For a special charm, you can clean the welds and surface of the rods with a stripping brush disk.
Everything is ready for a picnic in the forest! It remains to saw logs, put them vertically, and hammer in the upper part of the received devices.
And then it's a matter of technology. Make a fire, and fry potatoes.
Of course, the sizes of such brackets can be changed to fit your requirements. To facilitate the design, you can take a bar for pegs with a diameter of 4 mm, and for crossbars 6 mm in diameter. Such simple staples come in handy in the country.
Thanks to the author for a simple but useful fixture for a Roman candle!
