Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Making a drill
First of all, we will make a working shaft, we need a long iron rod. Using a lathe, the author sharpened the tip of the rod so that it easily entered the ground.
Next, a spiral will need to be welded to the rod, for its manufacture the author used sheet metal. We clean the metal from rust with a grinder with a brush nozzle and install a drill bit in the drill chuck. We need to drill the pucks. The author tightens the obtained washers with a bolt and nut and aligns everything together on a lathe.
Now the washers need to be cut to the center, and then we bend them on a special bending machine. As a result, we get a lot of small spirals, which we then weld on the shaft into one solid spiral. We clean welds so that the product is monolithic.
Step Two Glass
Next, we make a glass, we will rest against the ground with it, and thanks to it, the soil will come to the surface from the hole. Cut the glass from a piece of iron pipe of suitable diameter. We weld the structure and process it on a lathe, as a result, the product is monolithic.
Step Three Drill assembly
We assemble the drill, install a glass on the drill, and also install the spring and spring support. A spring is needed so that the drill itself rises after deepening into the ground. That's all, now the homemade product is almost ready, degrease parts and paint with metal paint so that nothing rusts and the drill is easy to wash.
