Manufacturing process.
So, the master found such an ordinary acacia log, he saws it into four identical log blocks.
Then grinds one side of the workpiece on the jointer.
Two sides are also cut.
And the final touch on the miter saw, it turns out such a box.
Then Vladimir noted the centers on the sides of the workpieces, and drilled a through hole with a Forstner drill.
Turning the workpiece 90 degrees, drills a hole in one wall along the diameter of the tubes.
Now you need to process all the faces using a hand mill and a radius mill with a thrust bearing.
The last stage the master impregnates the surface with linseed oil and wax. These are the pots for small flowers turned out from Vladimir. And any other wood can be used as a starting material.
