Manufacturing process.
The first thing the master found was a burnt out LED lamp. Now you need to disassemble its body. To do this, first remove the cap.
Then, after cutting the glue around the perimeter, pull out the LED assembly and the control board.
Now you need to pull out the central contact on the lamp base.
Next, a thin wire is passed into the central hole, and the contact is set in place.
It is also necessary to solder the second wire to the external contact of the cap, although they usually remain when removing the board.
Then a circle is cut out of thin cardboard to the size of the LED assembly. It is necessary to pierce the holes for the legs of the LEDs.
The author sets the LEDs in their place.
Then it bends the legs, observing the polarity and solders them together.
Here is such a simple scheme should be assembled.
In addition, solder the wire from the cap, and cut it in half.
Now the author will need a simple 12 volt battery. Such are used in control panels for car alarms. Makes a test connection of the battery and closes the contacts on the base. LEDs work.
Using ordinary insulating tape or tape, connects the wires to the contacts on the battery.
Checks again before assembly.
Assembles the entire structure in reverse order.
Now you can close the contacts even with a thin piece of wire or foil, you get such a trick.Yes, and of course, such a light bulb can be used as a regular flashlight.
Thanks to the author for the simple but interesting design of the trick light bulb!
