Good day, I have not built anything new for a long time !! Either the muse went on a walk, or there was no desire, in short, some kind of creative crisis !!)) In short, leafing through the Internet, I came across pictures of ship cannons and somehow they hooked me so much that it caught fire!))) So I didn’t think for a long time make a gun but as small and realistic as possible and if it shoots, it’ll be super at all! ) I will say right away the specific purpose of the shooting was not so secondary. And so let's go !!)) I rummaged through my bins I found some kind of spare part from a water tap
And I realized that this blank is perfect for my crafts ! After turning on the lathe, the barrel of my future gun was almost ready.
Then, two small parts were machined from two bolts on the M4 for mounting the gun barrel to the frame itself.
made two small patches on the muzzle (on the sides) for more reliable soldering of parts and soldered all the parts into one whole.
In principle, the hardest work is over! All that remains is to make the frame small and, like the original, it should be made of wood! There is no point in touching, and I think there’s nothing beautiful, it wouldn’t work out, I rummaged through everything that is possible but there were no ideas (((I went to garage I was about to plan from a board, but then I caught sight of a box of modern-made vegetables, and as they have been building for ages, and so on ..... well!))) the planks on the box were ideally thin just what you need! !!)) I disassembled the box for details!)) (Maybe it will be useful somewhere else for the future) I selected the board I needed in my opinion and went as a lady to build a frame for my gun.
applied rough rough marking and sawed out details of my future frame with a hand jigsaw
then, using the same jigsaw, needle file and sandpaper, I adjusted the parts to the desired result
I made two cuts with a file under the wheel mounts and glued the parts. Then he made two fastenings of the muzzle from the brass plate to the frame, after he turned two pairs of wheels from 4 brass nuts and 2 bolts.
For a more realistic look, everything was opened with a stain
I made mini cloves from paper clips (needles).
which "nailed" mounts for the muzzle to the frame.
Well, the concluding part is the gun tilt control from the same board from the box and a wooden ruler sawed out two parts, glued them and also opened them with a stain.
Further assembly and jewelry from Chinese jewelry, kapron thread to simulate a rope and a bead, ala core. That’s all the construction of the gun for the demise !!!
