Manufacturing process.
So, the author will need trimmed pine boards and sheet plywood.
From plywood, the master cuts out two identical circles with a hand milling cutter with a circular nozzle.
From the second circle makes a ring.
Then he dissolves the pine boards on the planks.
Further, using a circular saw with emphasis aligns the planks in length.
Now he cut out these two plywood stands. This was done with a crown, and then the workpiece was cut into two parts.
In order for all the details to be exposed evenly, the master puts marks.
Everything is ready for assembly. Planks target the panels with the help of a neiler. The author uses a pneumatic neiler. Here.
The assembly is completed, you can hang the holder for glasses. In addition to it, the master installed guides in the lower part.
To give a unique aroma, Vladimir cut down oak wood shavings.
I set the bar in level, and set the legs.
Everything is ready for painting, the author will use a water-based stain, its color is "mocha".
After the stain has dried, he adds oak shavings to the bottom of the bar.
And at the end of the project, he fringes the product with a jute rope, shooting him with a neiler.
Here is such a beautiful and aesthetic mini-bar turned out by Vladimir. The main thing is that there is enough space for its installation. Bottles can be folded in one row, or a pyramid.
Thanks to Vladimir for the unusual idea of a mini-bar design!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!
