The tool is designed for chamfering and deburring plastic and iron. It is an excellent and much more functional replacement for a file or file. The blade in the holder rotates 360 °. Unlike other analogues with ali, made primarily of plastic, this tool is much more durable.

In general, the tool is a cheaper analogue of the device from NOGA. There are no special differences, the workmanship is at the level, the task is performed perfectly, except that the blades become dull a little faster.
