For the manufacture of such a fireplace you will need a minimum of materials, tools and a little time, and manufacturing for the strength of almost everyone familiar with at least a little with welded work.
Tools and materials:
-USHM;
-Welding machine;
-Clamp;
-Roulette;
-Marker;
-Paint;
-A metal sheet;
Step One: Cutting Material
First you need to mark and cut the metal sheet according to size. All dimensions are in inches.
Step Two: Stripping
After cutting, the edges of the parts need to be cleaned.
Step Three: Welding
Next, the master welds the structure, as in the photo.

Welds the front sheet.
Step Three: Painting
Now you need to paint the fireplace with refractory paint.
Set in its intended place and light a fire.
