Manufacturing process.
First of all, the master prepares the necessary parts for homemade work. He cut four blanks from a profile pipe 15X25 mm.
With the help of a petal stripping disc, removes a layer of paint from the surfaces of the workpieces.
Now begins to manufacture the clip. It needs to cut a hole for the cross bar. First, the holes for the entrance of the jigsaw blade are drilled.
A hole is cut out, and is cleaned with a file.
Next, you need to make a frame, it will also be a handle. The author cut the edges of the two blanks at an angle of 45 degrees.
Using a magnetic corner, welded them together.
Then he cleaned the weld.
And I welded another triangular piece to strengthen the structure.
After cleaning the welds, the parts are spray-painted.
I cut two strips of thick sheet rubber and glued it to the clip and frame.
At the end of the last blank, I made a cut at the end.
He clamped a wooden block in it in the form of a spacer, and drilled holes for the mounting bolt.
You also need to make a reciprocal hole in the frame, and fix the bar with a bolt and nut. The author additionally grabs the nut by welding.
Now a clamp is put on the bar, and a restrictive roofing screw is screwed in.
