In the early 1970s, the master built a frame for his racing motorcycle under the Aermacchi engine of 350 cubic meters.
In 2006, after a 30-year absence on the track, the master again began to participate in classic races in the United States. In 2008/2009, he created an exact copy of his motorcycle of the 1970s.
The above photos show the original motorcycle 1970s, and manufactured in 2009.

Step One: Plates
The design of this frame mainly consists of steel pipes welded together, but there are two 12 mm thick aluminum alloy plates in the engine compartment that support the swing arm and the steps. The master cuts them on a CNC milling machine.
Step Two: Steering Column
Usually the steering column is made of a tube, but the master decided to carve it out of a solid alloy steel bar. At the ends, the column is bored under the steering bearings.
Step Three: Tube Ends
For a tight fit of the welded tubes, their ends must be cut off in a semicircle. The master makes a special clamp.
Cuts the handset.
Step Four: Assembly, Welding
Next, the master proceeds with welding. The wall thickness of the tubes is from 1 - 1.5 mm.
Welds the frame under the engine. Screws the mounting plate.
Continues welding.
Welds the steering column.
The frame is welded, now some details need to be finalized.
Step Five: Bearing Socket
After welding, the master processes on the steering column the mounting locations of the bearings.
Step Six: Attach the Front Fork
To fix the front fork, the master cuts two plates.
Seventh step: rear fork
Welds the rear fork. Welds the mount.
All nodes of the frame are ready, and the master proceeds to assemble the motorcycle.
On this motorcycle, a racing master took first place in 2009.
