Many of you had to work with a grinder, and it is even possible to grind concrete with a diamond bowl. Then you know how much dust comes from this process.

This homemade product is very easy to manufacture, and is made from available materials using a minimum number of tools.
Materials
- Plug with a diameter of 160 mm for PVC pipe, corner
- Rubber strip
- Second glue

Manufacturing process.
The base for the casing will be a plug for PVC pipe with a diameter of 160 mm. On it, the master marks the center, and drills a hole with a step drill.
Heats the plastic around the hole with a hairdryer and expands it with the handle of a screwdriver.
Repeating the heating process, inserts a plastic corner into the hole.
The edges of the holes turned out to be slightly longer, the author cuts them with a grinder, leaving about 15 mm of stock. The edges are leveled with a file.
Also in the plug drills a hole for the dust extraction pipe.
The front slopes of the stub should also be shortened slightly.
He decided to make a dust extraction tube from a PVC corner.
Heats the plastic, and inserts a corner into it like this. Its joint can be additionally fixed with hot glue.
For better compression of the neck of the casing around the gearbox, a small incision is made.
Now the master measures the rubber tape of the required length, and cuts off with scissors.
A lot of cuts are made on one edge of the tape, this is necessary to increase its elasticity, and more tight contact with the surface.
Now the tape is glued with second glue around the perimeter of the body.
Almost everything is ready, a collar is put on the neck, the casing is mounted on the grinder, and fixed with a screw.Also, the master installed a diamond grinding bowl on concrete.
For greater reliability, the tape is additionally fixed with self-tapping screws with a press washer.
That's all, you can plug in a vacuum cleaner, and process the walls, smooth their surfaces, or remove paint.
