Manufacturing process.
So, the first thing the master cuts off two pieces of a profile pipe 20X20 mm 1500 mm long.

The edges of the ring are fixed with clamps, and the joint is boiled.
After cleaning the seams, the author revealed small defects, and putty them with car putty.
For the racks of the table, he cuts three workpieces with a length of 500 mm.
With the help of a magnetic corner, fixes the details between each other, and welds the frame of the table.
He pressed the level with clamps to the pruning of the oak board.
Having pressed the level to the edge of the table, it cuts the board from two sides.
The resulting wooden billets are processed on a thicknesser.
He tries on the boards to the frame, and glues the shield out of them.
While the glue dries, Vladimir found a defect from the knot, and filled it with a two-component epoxy resin.
The surfaces of the shield are polished with an orbital machine, and then manually. Sandpaper is used from 60 to 120 grit.
He marked a circle on the shield along the inner perimeter of the frame, and cut it out with an electric jigsaw with a small allowance for further processing.
The outer edge of the disk is processed by a belt sander.
No matter how hard the author tries, there are gaps between the frame and the countertop disc. Therefore, he decided to redo the upper part of the frame, and weld an additional piece of steel strip.
The edges of the countertops are rounded off by a radius cutter with a thrust bearing.

In the upper arc of the frame, he installs plugs, and paints the entire frame with spray paint.
The tabletop itself is covered with dark impregnating oil.
After absorbing the oil, several layers of yacht varnish are applied using a spray gun.
The master makes the legs for the table independently from the usual cork. She cuts it into disks with a band saw, and then punches them with a sharpened tube. Such legs will help to avoid damage to the floor.
The resulting discs are glued to double-sided tape, and glued to the frame. If you wish, you can use furniture wheels with stops instead of such legs, but then you need to adjust the height of the frame.
