Manufacturing process.
So, the main parts for the lamp housing will be an old metal basin and a bicycle sprocket.
The surface of the basin and sprocket is cleaned by the master using the grinding nozzle for the grinder.
In the center of the bottom of the bowl you need to drill a hole for the pendant.
The cap of the bolt needs to be made thinner, and the bolt should also be shortened.
Then it is installed in its place, and fixed with a washer and nut.
From a steel strip, the master cut five blanks, marked on the edges and drilled holes.
Now, using a bending machine, he bends the workpieces. About its manufacture was also told in a recent article.
These are the details of the case.
Holes for connecting bolts are drilled at the edges of the basin.
All blanks are spray painted.
In the bottom of the can, you need to drill holes for the wires and fasten the cartridge. When using a ceramic drill pen, it is advisable to use water.
The wires are brought out of the can, the cartridge is fastened with screws.
So, the paint has dried, and you can begin to assemble the body. First, the author assembled its lower part, securing the cap to the sprocket with cap nuts.
Then he screwed the bulb into the cartridge.
On the top of the lid, he installs a decorative cap for the old crane, and screwed the nut with the ring.
A hook is attached to the ceiling and the lamp is suspended. After that, the wires are switched, and the lamp is ready for operation.
I thank the author for the simple but very unusual design of the street lamp!
All good mood, good luck, and interesting ideas!
