Step One: Form
First you need to make a foundation, it is also the reservoir of the future lamp. The master removes the insulation from the aluminum wire and weaves the pool frame from the wire.

As a pump, the master tried to use a small DC motor. I installed a home-made impeller on it, made a special container.
Unfortunately, this pump showed poor performance and could not raise the water to the desired height. Then the master replaced this homemade pump with a washer pump from a Peugeot 504.
Step Four: Figure
According to the plan of the master, in the bowl is a figure of a man holding a jug on his shoulder. Water pours out of the jug. The master makes a human figurine out of aluminum wire.
Wraps the figure with cloth and then with threads.
Step Five: Lampshade Frame
It makes a lampshade frame out of wire.
Step Six: Waterproofing
The master made waterproofing by dissolving the foam in acetone. Then with this mass he covered the inner walls of the bowl.
Seventh step: assembly
Next, the wizard begins to build. He puts a plastic pipe on an aluminum stand and bends the wire at the top. Fixes a figure.
