In this article, the Master will share with us the secret of making paper thread, and also tell you how to assemble a spinning wheel do it yourself.
Tools and materials:
- The machine for laser cutting;
- MDF 5.5 mm;
- Dowels Ø 27 mm / length 90 mm and 180 mm;
-Metal knitting needles;
-Glue;
Step One: Cutting
First, the master cuts out the spinning wheel parts.

Then the master proceeds to assemble the spinning wheel.
Step Two: Wheel Spokes
In fact, a spinning wheel is two wheels, large and small, connected by a drive belt.
Collects spokes for a large wheel.
Step Three: Pen Part 1
Gathers a pen.
Step Four: Prop
A large wheel shaft will rest on these supports.
Fifth step: handle and shaft, part 2
Step Six: Mini Wheel
Rotational motion from a large wheel will be transmitted to it.
Seventh step: snap rings
They will be worn on the shaft of a large wheel.
Step Eight: Wheel Part 2
These gears are glued to the shaft, and spokes are glued to them.

Step Nine: Installing the Wheel on the Support
Installs the wheel on the supports and installs the handle.
Step Ten: Foundation
The wheel with supports sticks to the base. Glues small wheel bearings. As the axis of the small wheel sets the spoke.
Step Eleven: Drive Belt
As a drive belt can be used with any lace. It is set by a figure eight.
The spinning wheel is ready.
