Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Lattice
First of all, you will need to make a grate on which coal or chips will burn. The lattice can be knitted from wire or find a finished one, and you can also drill holes in a sheet of metal.
Under the grill we make supports inside the bucket to get some clearance for the ash.
Step Two Bracket for motor
Make a bracket for the motor, here it will fit a not very thick sheet steel, which can be bent in a vice. We drill holes and fasten the motor with screws. The bracket itself can be bolted to the bucket with bolts and nuts.
On the other side, you need to focus on the axis of the same sheet steel.
Step Three Fork and finishing touches
We make a fork on which we will string the meat. Stainless steel is best suited for the manufacture of the fork, it may be rods, plates, and so on. The plug should be easily connected to the motor shaft and also easily removed from the barbecue.
To ensure air supply to the furnace, the author stuffed holes in the base, they can also be drilled with a drill. We also make thin round legs for the stove.
Step Four Test
The homemade product is ready, as an experiment, the author decided to fry the chicken skewers.
