The walnut made this board for demonstration of cheese and sausage at food exhibitions, as a tray, but it will find its place in the kitchen.

Step One: Material Preparation
Cutting board made of walnut board. The edges of the board were loose with bark and wormholes. The master cleans the edges of the board, cuts it and processes it on a thicknessing machine.
Step Two: Epoxy
Next, the master kneads the epoxy according to the instructions and adds a brown dye. Fills the cavity on the board with resin.
After hardening, the resin drives the board through the thicknesser.
Step Three: Form
Draws the desired shape on the board, cuts with a jigsaw. Butt polishes.
A hole is drilled in the handle of the board.
Mills a face.
Step Four: Grinding
Grinds the board. When grinding, several more shells were opened, and the master filled them with epoxy resin, and after it hardened, he ground it.
Then he dipped the board with water and polished it again. When the boards are moistened, wood fibers rise.
Step Five: Finish
Covers the board with a finishing composition of his own manufacture, and polishes it.
