Huge do-it-yourself sliding door

The master made this huge sliding door from walnut boards to order. The weight of the door is about ninety kilograms. For its manufacture, he used the following

Milling cutter;

-Circular Saw;

-Finishing material;

-Syringe;
-Skobel;
-Conductor;
Epoxy resin;
-Paint;

Step one: preparing the boards
The first thing the master numbered boards. Then peeled off the bark.

Then the master cuts the boards, cuts along, adjusts in thickness.

Step Two: Gluing
In the end surfaces of the boards, the master makes holes for dowels.

Applies glue, installs dowels, glues the door.

After gluing, the master evenly cuts the edge of the door.
Step Three: Insert
On the door leaf, the master calved to make an insert of lighter wood. First, he made a pattern of paper. Transferred the template to the canvas and to the board from which it will make inserts. Cut out the insert. Cut out grooves on the canvas. Set inserts in the canvas, previously applying glue.

Step Four: Filling the Void
The boards have cavities on the surface, and the master fills them with epoxy.

Step Five: Grinding
After the resin hardens, it polishes the door surface.

Step Six: Board
This board is attached to the wall at the top along the doorway. Thanks to her, the door does not rub against the wall when closing / opening.
The master cut the board in length and painted it.
