To make it you will need: hacksaw, drill, wooden blocks 20x45x3000 mm 2 pieces, bolts 50 mm long with 6 nuts and washers (take more) about 20 pieces, 2 m8 rods (long solid metal thread) 2 meters long with nuts and washers for fastening, any washstand and a sink (in this case I used a 42x36 cm plastic sink and a 5-liter washstand), a little paint.
The cost of materials is about 500 rubles. Sink-180, wash-basin-130, whetstones-80, rods-70, bolts and nuts-40.
We make a frame. For the front of the frame, cut out 2 bars of length 80 cm, for the back - two bars of 110 cm, as well as two bars of 34 cm and three of 44 cm. No more hacksaw is needed. The height is the same for everyone, but short bars should be cut to the width of your sink, plus 1 cm on each side for secure attachment. 34 cm is already my sink, but it’s more beautiful, because it does not stick out anything.
We drill a hole with a diameter of 6 mm in the center in a bar 80 cm long, moving away from the bottom edge of 20 cm, and on the other hand, moving away 9 cm (9 cm is the depth of my shell). Similarly, the second bar is 80 cm.
We drill a hole with a diameter of 6 mm in the center in a bar 110 cm long, moving away from the lower edge of 20 cm, and on the other hand 2 holes, going 4 and 39 cm, respectively. Similarly, the second bar is 110 cm.
We take bars 34 cm long and drill holes with a diameter of 6 mm in the center, moving away from the edges 3 cm.
We bolt together the 80 cm bars by connecting them using 34 cm long bars. As a result, the front part of the frame is obtained.
We take the bars 44 cm long and drill holes with a diameter of 6 mm in the center, moving away from the edges by 3 cm.
We fasten the 110 cm bars by connecting them using 44 cm long bars. As a result, the back of the frame is obtained.
We take the front part and drill on the bars 34 cm long for two holes, departing from the edges 10 cm.
We take the back part and drill two holes on the bars 44 cm long, departing from the edges 15 cm. In addition to the bar which is 4 cm away from the edge, it is needed for fastening the washstand.
We cut the rods of 50 cm using a hacksaw.
We fasten the front and back of the frame using rods and nuts with washers. The frame is ready.
We insert the sink; rods serve as a support from below.
To install the washstand, we measure the distance of its fasteners, drill holes in the bar of the back of the frame and insert bolts with a nut on the back side.
