Converting a 4 W LED bulb to an economical 0.4 W

Hello everyone. Today I’ll tell you how to reduce the power of the 4 Watt LED foot by 10 times without reducing the light output.

We untwist the bulb, since everything is on the thread and remove the board with diodes and the driver.

For the new paw, I used LEDs with a voltage of 3.7 -5V. They are 5 mm in diameter.

We insert the LEDs into the lens and connect in parallel. We fix the LEDs with glue.

From two batteries the bulb burned for 24 hours. The voltage in the morning decreased to 2.3V.

I make these paws for sale for 10W solar panels, it can be screwed into the standard cartridge on the ceiling.

Thank you all for your attention.

Therefore, there are no ostriches ???

The main thing lives there and does not blather, everyone is "satisfied".

The wind is often 25-30 meters per second .. trees fall and tear wires. Do not bury underground - granite around.

What is it like? Each light bulb has its own battery and its own switch? Very comfortably...))

That is, it is necessary to conduct separate lines with low voltage?

I am doing low voltage wireless.

Just do not understand why "dancing with a tambourine" - disassembling the bulb, if only a lens is used from it? For emergency lighting and without it will be no worse.

I make it twist into the fixtures in the suspended ceiling in the cottages, in houses .. we often have accidents due to broken lines. In order not to sit in the dark, I turned on these housekeepers and I do not need to burn candles .. How to screw a lens into a cartridge ??

To check the times you can.
What for? If you can not bring the battery to failure, using the simplest circuit.

And as a source of emergency lighting, these bulbs are perfect.

The battery does not care what is connected to it from the outside: voltage below 2.9 V is the beginning of degradation.

so it’s without recharging from the panel

At the same time we put experiments on killing batteries?

Ivan is like this without recharging from the panel. And if charging goes then drop to 3.5 volts ... from 4 .2 volts.
The voltage in the morning decreased to 2.3V.
At the same time we put experiments on killing batteries?
It’s good .... Economically ...
Now, if it also shone, and not shone, in general there would be no price ....

on this topic -practice since 1983.

And what were you experimenting with in 1983? On the AL310?

subtly noticed.

I turned on the light bulb and recorded the time - from two lithium batteries it burned without recharging from the Sun for 2 4 hours .. and 4 wadding will burn for 3 hours. I have been putting experiments on this topic for a long time - practice since 1983.
shit for the price of gold.

You wrote this to advertise your crafts? ;)

Yes, of course .. advertising is the engine of today's life .. you can sell shit for the price of gold.

You yourself understand very well that this cannot happen in principle. )))
P.S. In order not to walk 2 times, I’ll immediately explain: You claim with your heading that there are LEDs that have 10 times greater light output than those used in industrial products. In your free time from the manufacture of fixtures, have you tried to build a perpetual motion machine?
